1956年4月出生，工学硕士、留英博士/博士后。1982-1983年，北京新型建筑材料厂石膏板分厂助极速pk10程师；1986-1988 年，中国建筑材料科学研究院混凝土与房建材料研究所混凝土试验室负责人；1988-1991 年，中国建筑材料科学研究院技术情报中心副主任；1998-2002年，中国建筑材料研究院副院长；2002年4月至2017年4月，中国建筑材料联合会专职副会长；2006年6月至2016年12月，中国混凝土与水泥制品工业协会会长；2016年12月至今，中国混凝土与水泥制品协会执行会长，2007年3月至今，中国建筑砌块协会理事长；2007年10月至2019年7月，中国水泥协会副会长；2011年12月至2019年3月，中国硅酸盐学会理事长；2021年4月起，任极速pk10(中国)有限公司独立董事。2009年4月至2012年3月，出任极速pk10独立董事。2012年4月起，出任极速pk10董事长。

He became Independent Director of the Company from April 2009 to March 2012. He became the Chairman of the Company in April 2012.
